LABORER - CONCRETE POLISHER - EPOXY INSTALLER

We are seeking reliable people to assist our crew in polishing and staining concrete, as well as installing epoxy flooring. Regardless of your level of skilled experience– if you are a team-player, we encourage you to apply. Must be flexible, reliable, willing to learn, and able to travel.
Responsibilities:
• Degreasing, cleaning, and demoing floors
• Installing epoxy flooring
• Using walk-behind grinder, hand grinder, and burnisher
• Polishing, sealing, and staining concrete floors
• Patching and joint filling
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Typically, we meet at the shop and the crew rides together in a company truck to the jobs.
• Frequent travel, nights, overnights & some weekend work
• Heavy lifting is a vital part of the position. Ability to lift 60 lbs throughout your shift
• Load/unload trailers, if/when needed
• MUST be able to pass a standard background check.
Qualifications:
• Construction experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Experience with large tools & equipment such as floor grinder, floor sanders, floor mixers, jack hammer, chipping hammer, drills etc…
• Epoxy flooring installation knowledge and/or experience
Skills:
• Organization
• Verbal Communication (must be able to speak and understand English). Bilingual is a plus!
• Detail-Oriented
• Get along well with others
Location:
• Orlando, FL
• Travel is a must (Candidate must be available to travel and frequently work nights and occasional weekends).
Compensation:
• Full-Time 
• $20.00-$30.00 per hour
• Hourly rate aligns w/ experience, knowledge of trade, attention to detail, and quality of work.

SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC/
SHOP MANAGER

We are a commercial flooring company looking for a Mechanic (for equipment, tools, trucks, and trailer) / Shop Manager to join our team! We are flexible with working hours, but candidate must be open to working occasional nights/weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Repair equipment (walk-behind grinders, edgers, vacuums, and tools…)
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Service propane engines
• Perform quality inspections prior to releasing equipment to our crew
• Communicate the need to order parts to management
• Advise management of anticipated and/or necessary service needs on vehicles
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Run/Organize our shop
• Load/unload trailers
• MUST be able to pass a standard background check.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a mechanic (small engine)
• Experience with Propane engines
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
